These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the phataya platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to everything on this page. Please read carefully before you start playing.
You must be at least 21 years old to register and use phataya. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you are accessing the platform from the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online sports betting and casino-style entertainment is permitted for your personal use. Each player is allowed only one account — duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. All transactions on phataya are processed in Philippine pesos (PHP) through supported local payment channels including GCash and Maya. Deposits are credited to your account balance once the payment provider confirms the transaction. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by our payments team. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. phataya does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. Funds held in your account balance do not earn interest.
Bonuses and promotions offered by phataya are subject to individual terms that are stated clearly at the time the offer is presented in your account dashboard. Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash directly. phataya reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to your account will remain subject to the terms that were in place at the time of crediting. Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other methods intended to circumvent wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may lead to account suspension. All bets placed on phataya are final once confirmed. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change before confirmation — the odds shown at the moment you confirm your bet are the odds that apply to that wager. In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price being displayed, phataya reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to your account balance. For live betting markets, bets are accepted at the discretion of the platform and may be suspended during periods of high activity or when a market is being recalculated. Results for sports events are determined by the official result at the end of regular time unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. Casino-style game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and are not influenced by previous results or account history.
Participation in the phataya VIP programme is automatic for all registered players — loyalty points accumulate as you wager across sports and casino-style game categories without any separate enrolment required. Tier upgrades and downgrades are assessed on a rolling basis according to your wagering activity over the preceding period, and the specific thresholds for each tier are published in the VIP section. VIP rewards including cashback, reload bonuses, and priority withdrawal processing are credited according to the schedule applicable to your current tier and are subject to the same general bonus terms described in Section 3 above. phataya reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, reward values, and programme structure at any time, with changes communicated to affected players in advance where reasonably practicable. Points and tier status are non-transferable between accounts and have no cash value outside of the rewards they unlock within the programme.

In the event of suspension, any pending withdrawal requests will be placed on hold pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, phataya may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings in the account. Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected] — any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method after standard verification checks are completed.
